Café&Bistro is a modern bistro in the "heart" of the Hilton Hotel in the historical centre of Prague. The café and bistro is open 24/7 and offers all-day menus with a selection of premium desserts. The menu is based on seasonal ingredients with an emphasis on organic quality. The Café & Bistro is part of the Hilton's lobby atrium with a dominant square glass ceiling. The interior is dominated by geometric lines with brutalist elements.
The graphic pattern was inspired with the basic characteristic elements of Café & Bistro Prague Hilton. The geometric morphology builds on the geometry of the interior and the exterior of the building.
The gometric pattern, soft pastel shades of coffee beans and natural paper soften and suitably complement the interior of the bistro.
